Please make 2015 the year that you share your talents to make the OBC bigger and better. Bring in your best acquisition(s) from 2014. Bring in one, two or more items that you just had to have. Items don’t need to be expensive to be treasures. Most everyone made at least one found treasure this last year. Make this the year that you share. No voting, just sharing.
A smaller than normal group enjoyed a presentation by Brian Gray about 19th century plates. Many of his plates were obtained at auction from those dollar box lots at the end with stuff nobody wants. Brian was in true Halloween spirit dress as a bottle dump. See all the great pictures.
I will be taking orders for shirts and sweat shirts at the October Meeting. I have included an order form for those not attending the meeting. Please pick up at the meeting or add $5 per item if I need to mail it to you. T-shirts $7, Golf Shirts with pocket $11, Crew neck sweat shirts $15 and Hoodie sweat shirts $20.
The October meeting of the Ohio Bottle Club will be held on October 30th. Brian Gray will present the program on 19th century plates. The presentation begins at 7:30 pm at the Wadsworth Eagles. The refreshment break will feature donuts and cider.
