This month’s program is “Share your Treasures from the Summer” month. Everyone should have something to share. We will set up tables at the front for your “Treasurers”.
This has been a very active two months of bottle collecting for the OBC members. Many attended the National Show in Chattanooga, Hartville became a reality, an interesting bottle auction in Cleveland attended by many and of course Richfield. Matt Lacy has just released the latest Mansfield show flyer. We have a group working to bring the FOHBC National to Ohio in 2018. Lots to be excited about.
Special thanks to John Fifer, Patrick & Carrie Frost, and Alan DeMaison for a great program on Mantua blown glass. Thanks to Ted Christ for bringing in tools related to glass blowing.
Congratulations to Math Lacy and Louis Fifer for expanding and improving the show. The Displays were fantastic. The hospitality room was well attended and served a great feast. Thanks to all that contributed to a very special show.
