Greetings fellow Ohio Bottle Club members!

Spring is arriving and Mansfield weekend will be upon us before we know it. Months of planning and preparing will come to fruition as we gather and host our bottle collecting community in our home state. As show chairs, Matt and I are so very grateful for the people who volunteer their time throughout the weekend to help the show run smoothly behind the scenes for our dealers and guests. It takes many hands to pull this off, and there is always a job to do. If you are looking to contribute, here are several different ways or times throughout Friday and Saturday that we could use your help:

  • Friday Morning table layout inspections – walk through the building to make sure tables are even and secure; set out table cards and signage, align chairs
  • Friday night dinner set up – meal prep with Lindsey, set up tables/chairs in room
  • Friday night dinner servers – serve or stock the buffet line
  • Friday night dinner clean up – many hands make light work! Tidy the room, clean up dinner, and take out the trash
  • Friday and Saturday admission and registration table – check in dealers on Friday, register early admission guests, and assist at general admission table with fee and wristbands
  • Raffle Sales on Saturday morning – walk the floor selling raffle tickets before the noon drawing
  • Photographer throughout the weekend – take photos throughout the weekend to be used on website, social media and newsletter.
