Welcome spring with the OBC meeting on Thursday, March 30th; followed by a bottle show on Saturday, April 1st in St. Clairsville, OH and then the Wilmington, OH Bottle Show on Sunday, April 2nd. The OBC meeting will feature “Your latest Treasurers”, any items obtained since September of 2016. This is a club participation with pie at refreshment break. We will also be discussing and voting on some important changes to the by-laws. See proposed changes.
